2	Royal Crest Nurseries This document describes how to navigate the Royal Crest Nurseries’ web site. The web site was designed for use by Royal Crest’s wholesale customers Here are shortcuts to common items of interest: Search for Available Products Determine Hardiness Zone by Zip Code View Recent Plant Photos View Project Photos Find Your Sales Representative
3	Review Inventory You need to obtain a login and password from your sales representative to view the on-line ordering system. Click here for listing of sales representatives who can provide login information. Click Here to enter the login and password provided by sales rep to access order system
4	Create An Account To actually place an order, you must create an account Click on the “Create an Account” link to enter your name, address, business information and create a personal password for the system Click on “Log Yourself In” if you already have an account You may review products as a guest if you desire
5	Search for Products Select the product grouping using the “Inventory Quick Find” icons at the top of the catalog Or, use the “Quick Find” search function at the in the left hand margin
6	Review Products Review the products of interest and click “Buy Now” to add item to your order You may make additional searches to find other products to add to your order and add them using the “Buy Now” button
7	Review Order Review the items in your order and adjust quantities as desired Press “Checkout” when you are ready to complete your order
8	Review Shipping Address Review the default shipping address for your order You may change the shipping address on this screen Add any comments about the order that you want communicated with your sales representative
9	Review Payment Information The system collects information to create a Purchase Order (PO) for processing by the Royal Crest Sales team No credit cards numbers or personal information are require to submit an order Terms are established with your sales representative
10	Confirm Order Review the final order to ensure all products and quantities are correct Click “Confirm Order” if the order is correct Click “Order Contents” in the blue line at the top right of the screen to change products or quantities
11	Complete Transaction Select any products listed if you want to receive product updates You MUST click the “Continue” to have the order submitted and receive an e-mail order confirmation
